Your New Role as Business Development Manager
O&M is rapidly growing and we are seeking a talented, sales-driven individual to come on the journey with us to help grow and nurture our business in Brisbane.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities
- Build new relationships and develop existing relationships with clients
- Develop knowledge, expertise and insight of the industry to benefit O&M
- Use creative methods in prospecting new clients i.e. social media
- Act as a direct point of contact for all clients
- Sales reporting and forecasting
- Monitor and analyze client usage of product
- Coordinate customer inventory ordering, merchandising and promotion

- A passion for sales, developing business and prospecting
- Industry experience within hair or beauty/wellness related brand (desired)
- Tenacity and resilience to win over competitor customers
- Refined negotiating and influencing skills to achieve win-win outcomes
