Role responsibilities
- New Business Development – prospecting, qualifying of new potential end users in the Victoria territory
- Hunting - Lead generation through cold outreach, email, client visits
- Proposing the right solution to end-user prospects with the aim to generate opportunities
- Assisting our businesses partners in moving the identified end-user opportunities through the sales cycle with the aim to win the opportunity
- End-user management – manage and support new and existing end-users, develop relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Actively looks for new opportunities, initiatives and activities to help accelerate the growth of the business in the assigned territory
- Sales, product and technical presentations / briefings to end-users
- Attending trade shows & events
Your key attributes & experience needed
- 5 + years experience in a BDM / Sales role focused on B2B
- Strong experience in hunting new business / new Business Development
- Experience in selling technology solutions (hardware based preferable)
- Strong communication skills & presentation
- Ability to hunt new business & generate pipeline
- Ability to follow the full sales cycle and close deals
- Hungry to be successful & driven by a highly lucrative commission scheme
