About Us: Phoenix Experts services is a leading provider of Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short-Term Accommodation (STA), Medium-Term Accommodation (MAT), Social Worker services, Support Coordination, and Specialized Support Coordination. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Officer to join our team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and promoting our range of services across the Gold Coast, Beenleigh, and South Brisbane areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NDIS market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including individuals, families, and support coordinators.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and NDIS policy changes to inform Business development strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business development, preferably within the disability sector or NDIS environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of the NDIS framework and funding mechanisms is highly desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
