ABOUT THE ROLE
- Business development for a specialist generalist recruitment agency
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities, managing prospects through the full sales process
- Relationship building and maintenance of new and existing clients
- Negotiating and closing sales opportunities and encouraging long-term relationships with key decision makers, through regular contact, meetings and ongoing support and service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services, meeting client expectations
- Enjoy an excellent OTE with simple, achievable commission targets and bonuses, offering a potential earning $150k plus per year
- Receive a car allowance, travel etc.. along with full office support in a fun and growing agency
- Engage in new Business Development, client management, and autonomous relationship building in a rewarding sales environment

- Demonstrated experience in sales, including direct B2B sales, new Business Development, and client management
- Strong skills in cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and building and developing pipelines
- Experience in recruitment sales or contract staffing sales is highly regarded but not essential
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with recruiters and candidate managers
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree educated preferred
