The Role:
Perfect for a seasoned Property Manager who's looking to spice things up and expand on their current skill set!
- Prospect for new business
- Conduct rental appraisals
- List new properties onto the rental portfolio
- Best position properties in the market for reduced vacancy and increased income for Rental Providers
- Source and secure the best available Renters
- Manage the properties for the first three months of the tenancy, at which point they will be handed to another Property Manager in the team to manage long term
- Base salary at $70,000 + super and lucrative commission structure on offer - the sky's the limit, work as hard as you want to earn what you want!!
About You:
- Experience managing a rental portfolio end to end
- A savvy go getter who's not afraid to pick up the phone and build relationships
- Passionate about the Glen Eira area and all the fantastic gems it has to offer
- Willing to work hard to see great financial reward
- Passionate about high quality Property Management
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Reliable car and valid Victorian drivers license
