With approximately 20 incoming leads per month, a large rent roll, and strong connections with the sales team, they offer an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to excel in a dynamic environment.
The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding their client base within the inner bayside suburbs of Melbourne. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, landlords, and stakeholders.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to leverage existing relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
- Providing exceptional customer service and guidance to clients throughout the Business Development process.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in Business Development within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the inner bayside suburbs market in Melbourne.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Current real estate license or agent’s rep certificate
- Competitive base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 plus commissions (OTE $150,000).
