With research solutions and industry reports available in multiple sectors, worldwide, they are well placed for further growth. Due to their continued AUS success, they are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their Melbourne team.Business Development Manager responsibilities:

• Identify target prospects and key decision-makers
• Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email or other social mediums
• Follow a high-performing and successful sales process
• Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner
• Identify pain points and demonstrate a value offering to potential clients
• Deliver in-person and web-based product demos
• Manage the full sales cycle
• Become a product expert

Business Development Manager requirements:

• 1-2 years’ B2B full consultative sales cycle experience
• Business-related degree (highly desirable)
• Financial service sector exposure
• Hungry and driven to succeed
• Spin or Challenger Sales experience
• Salesforce or similar (IT proficiency)
• Comfortable and confident with outbound phone activity
• Self-motivated and a self-starter
• Team player
• Economic knowledge (trends, objectives, and issues)

Business Development Manager rewards:

• 80-90k Base Salary
