The successful candidate will have the following:
- Use your managerial experience at an accounting firm to help you hit the ground running. Ideally from a firm where you will have exposure to challenging clients to show you can do it again here.
- Qualified accountant.
- You should enjoy helping people and be smart enough to actively listen to what the client wants, not just rely on what your previous training tells you to do.
- You will have ideally managed a large portfolio of clients. The bigger the better as you will get a big one here.
- Exceptional communication skills are an absolute must as you will be running client meetings and managing team members on a daily basis.
