About the Position:
The Consumer Service Officer plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality customer service for Adelaide United Football Club (AUFC). Responsibilities include efficiently managing the reception area, providing administrative support for Membership and Ticketing, and Retail and Merchandise departments.
They serve as a primary point of contact for member and public inquiries, ensuring exceptional service via phone, email, or in person. Additionally, they assist with various AUFC departments as needed, fostering strong working relationships to achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration and Reception:
- Greet and direct visitors, handle incoming calls and emails, and address basic inquiries.
- Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies, including kitchen and maintenance supplies.
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and faxing.
- Assist with petty cash management, banking tasks, and data management.
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team.
Membership and Ticketing:
- Support Membership and Ticketing team with customer service.
- Assist with membership sales processing and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate match day operations and outbound membership calls.
- Integrate membership and ticketing activities across programs and events.
Retail and Merchandise:
- Assist Merchandise team with customer service and order processing.
- Manage merchandise inventory for the AUFC Shop and online store.
- Liaise with customers for orders and inquiries, and fulfill orders.
About You:
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:
- 1- 2 years prior experience in a similar role with excellent customers service skills
- Enjoys diversity in role and helping out where needed
