The Role
An opportunity exists for an experienced Development Manager to join their team. You will be working on projects from end to end while working directly with the Senior Development Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate Project Planning and design management
• Preparation of Consultancy Briefs & Tenders
• Strategic Risk and contract management
• Identify Potential Sites to Acquire, Complete Feasibility & Modelling
• Tender Management, drafting proposals and variations
• Responsibility for Financials - feasibility, cash flow forecasts Programmes
• Oversee Development Delivery through management of project scopes, ensuring delivery is on time and to budget whilst achieving all project objectives

Skills & Experience
This is the perfect role for someone who is a team player and likes to collaborate. You will enjoy working for this professional group, who have excellent business. To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in property or equivalent qualifications
• Extensive experience in development/project management
• Knowledge of local planning laws, cost planning & forecasting
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
