As the Digital Learning Design Consultant, you hold the responsibility for crafting dynamic digital and instructor-led learning solutions that adapt to the evolving needs of our organisation. Your pivotal role involves designing and developing learning solutions to bolster a workforce digital transformation program.
Responsibilities:
- Experienced instructional designer with regard to Digital Learning
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to conceptualise digitally-centered learning solutions tailored to meet organisational needs.
- Develop diverse learning solutions utilising various modalities to enhance capabilities organisation-wide.
- Transform enterprise and divisional capability requirements into impactful learning interventions.
- Proficient in instructional design methodologies, particularly in Digital Learning formats such as eLearning, videos, and microlearning modules.
- Past involvement in crafting and implementing process and systems training programs.
- Skilled in utilising eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and comparable platforms.
- Possess advanced internal consulting, change management, and project management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively in dynamic and rapidly evolving environments.
- In-depth understanding of instructional design theory, methodologies, and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and complex business scenarios.
