- Temp Opportunity - 3 Months Assignment
- Start 15th of May 2024
- CBD Located - 4 days on site and 1 WFH
- Manage the CEO'S diary and emails, ensuring efficient prioritisation of tasks and effective time management
- Conduct through research and gather information to support the CEO, including the preparation of presentations, business cases, briefing packs and reports
- Act as a central point of contact for key informational flows, ensuring seamless communication and coordination within the organisation
- Complete various administrative tasks, including drafting documents, proofreading, booking travel arrangements and reconciling expenses
- Provide secretarial functions for leadership team forums, including agenda setting, minute taking and coordinating presentation and papers
- Extensive experience and a proven track record in a similar role supporting senior executives, preferably within a professional services and corporate environment
- Strong analytical, interpretation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to present information clearly both verbally and visually
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing stakeholder expectations and exercise discretion when handling confidential information
