Job description

The Office of the Chief Executive (OCE) is home to Landgate Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who under delegated authority from the Landgate Board administers the day-to-day operations of the Agency. Landgate is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Chair of the Board and wider OCE branch.
This role will include managing the Chief Executives diary, inbox, drafting correspondence on behalf of the Chief Executive and monitoring the quality of correspondence and documentation submitted. Additionally, the Executive Assistant may provide support to Landgate’s ministerial liaison and strategic communications functions, including assisting with ministerial or parliamentary matters and the development of communications materials.
