The role:
Partnering closely with the operations arm of the business, the HSE Business Partner is a trusted advisor who purposefully works to design, develop, implement HSE tools and monitors their effectiveness.

• Update and implement safety procedures, policies, systems, and processes
• Participate and run safety and incident investigations.
• Report WHS incidents and injures in accordance with legislative requirements
• Stay up to date with legislative changes and ensure the company remains compliant
• Conduct audits, site inspections and walk-throughs
• Run and give updates at pre-starts and toolbox talks
• Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and contractors
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Wellbeing Safety and Environment role in a diverse operational business
