Your role with us
Your mission should you choose to accept it, will be to play a pivotal role in preparing to launch into the Mandarin-speaking market with our sportsbook and casino games. Your role as CRM Coordinator for our Mandarin customers will be to maximize growth and customer retention through implementing strategy and communications to a market we aim to launch into. If you a recent Marketing or Communication graduate, this position may be perfect for you as it is a junior role! We don't expect you to have relevant work experience as we would be happy to upskill, however, all that we ask is that you're a lover of sport, or casino games OR understand the mechanics of placing a punt!
You will report directly to the Marketing Team Lead and be supported by the wider marketing team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all Chinese-based communication and content to enhance the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle
• Recommend and develop optimal plans for delivery of campaign, campaign format, and campaign platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate
• Enhance player lifetime value, reduce churn, and implement relevant CRM strategy in the Chinese market
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when
• Work closely with the acquisition team to maximize the growth of campaigns in the Chinese market, as well as the company's vision to launch into this new market.
• Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our player base
• Monitor and analyze results of email/SMS campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports.

You're perfect for this role if you:

• Retention marketing knowledge
• Passionate team player with the ability to work with colleagues across departments
• An eye for detail, enhancing the experience of customers through top-line communication
• Fluent in Chinese and English both written and spoken
• You have experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized. You know how to prioritize, and you consider the broader implications of your actions on the projects you participate in.
• You can manage complexity and progress with several tasks at a time.

It would be a bonus if you are also (desirable):

• Familiarity with EDM & other CRM marketing tools is desirable
• Gambling and sports knowledge would be highly regarded
• Cryptocurrency knowledge
• Knowledge and awareness of our brands, Stake, Kick or Twist is highly beneficial.
• Australian work rights are preferred.
