Form of workOur company provides intensive programs and traditional therapy to help children with neurological and developmental difficulties. Currently, we are assisting children and adults with a range of conditions including Cerebral Palsy (Hypertonia Hypotonia Ataxia Dystonia), Traumatic Brain Injury, Spina Bifida, Neurological Disorders, Stroke (CVA), Chromosomal Differences and Global Developmental Delay. We are an Allied Health clinic looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our close knit team. Remuneration commensurate with experience.
Daily duties will include:
- Greeting patients
- Invoicing
- Taking payments and processing Medicare and health fund claims
- Answering phones and responding to patient enquiries
- Scheduling appointments.
- Providing support to practice staff and manager.
- Ensuring a safe and hygenic clinic for all.
The successful candidate will have the following :
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- 2 Years Medical Administration experience. Other high-level administrative experience will be considered
- High level communication skills
- Adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
