About the Company:
We are a privately owned business with a small expert team providing a holistic approach to all aspects of treating, testing and managing allergies directly following Professor Pete Smith's unique framework.
Responsibilities:
- Flexible and reliable
- Providing a welcoming first point of contact for our patients, face to face and over the phone
- Answering email enquiries
- Assisting with calling patients from referral lists to maintain a full appointment diary for three Clinicians
- Managing appointment bookings promptly including rescheduling and cancellations
- Processing payments, Medicare rebates and private invoicing
- General reception/ administrative duties such as bulk SMS, Mail, scanning and shredding
- Stock control and ordering
- General clinic cleaning and adhering to OH&S practices
- Skin Prick Testing and recording for infants, children and adults (supervised)
- Education for patients with food allergies (supervised)
- Food and drug allergy workshops (supervised)
