The Cardiovascular Centre offer a range of diagnostic testing and assessments with the most up-to-date and comprehensive care for our patients.
About the role
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and adaptable person to join our close-knit team. Key to this exciting role is outstanding service to our patients, attention to detail and with a strong focus on being part of our team. Through joining our team, you will experience a role that is both professionally challenging and immensely rewarding.
In order to be successful in this role you must have
- Customer service experience
- Experience in a medical practice desirable
- Good typing skills
- Previous use of medical practice software e.g. HealthTrack, Genie
- Experience with Medicare and Private Health Billing (in Cardiology is preferable)
- The ability to work 4-5 days per week Monday and Friday
- Sound computer literacy skills

- Previous customer service experience is preferred
