We are on the looking for an experienced National Account Manager – Retail, who will be responsible for delivering profitable sales growth and meeting customer budgets.
About the role:
As our National Account Manager in the Retail division, you will be tasked with leading the development and implementation of strategies that will help generate revenue and profitability for Mrs Mac’s.
As part of your new role, you will be expected to contribute to the national sales strategy, deliver on our budget, maintain customer/client relationships, and implement action plans to optimise our Sales function.
You will be based out of our office in Camellia, New South Wales, and report directly to the Group Commercial Manager. Given the nature of this role, you will be expected to travel – including interstate visits.
About you:
- We are looking for a vibrant individual who is ready to hit the ground running and join a rapidly expanding company.
- Our ideal candidate will have:
- An extensive background (5 or more years) in FMCG Sales.
- Prior experience working with Coles, Woolworths, and/or Aldi.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Sound knowledge of industry related compliance, policies, regulations, and procedures.
- A proven track record of sales achievements; both acquiring and growing business.
- Advanced negotiation skills.
- Strong skills in the MS Office suite.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Tertiary Degree or Qualification in a relevant field.
- A valid Australian Driver’s License.
