Position Overview: We are seeking an Office Administration Assistant to join our dynamic Outdoor Education team. Based at Camp Jungai you will play a pivotal role in supporting the administrative functions of our camps, ensuring smooth operations before, during, and after programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage program administration tasks, from long-term planning to in-field delivery handover.
- Provide administrative support to existing clients, fostering business growth and retention.
- Process client medical information for the Camps department.
- Assist in project management activities supporting program delivery, such as curriculum development and client portals.
- Support Site Managers and Program/Course Coordinators to ensure center operation efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for camp inquiries and manage user group information.
- Maintain clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative/office manager role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, basic HTML, and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Project Management Platforms like Ungerboeck preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.
Salary and Benefits:
- Annual salary ranging from $52,245.44 to $57,745.83 per annum plus super, depending on experience.
- Full-time position with 7 weeks of annual leave.
