About the role

Due to a period of growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to support our brokerage team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing high level administrative support to our brokerage team in enhancing overall team performance and client outcomes
  • Assisting with processing loan applications and associated documentation, settlements and processing
  • Responding to customer enquiries and following up valuations, settlements, instructions and contracts 
  • Assisting in the maintenance of our CRM system as well as marketing and business development activities  
  • Ensuring we always deliver a high-quality service to our clients
  • Contributing to the teams success by managing workflows and displaying a very high attention to detail in everything you do
  • Training and career advancement opportunities provided, we prefer to promote internally
  • We support flexible working for the right candidate
  • We don’t like working on our birthday so we offer a paid day of leave after your first 6 months of employment

About You

The successful candidate will come with:

  • Well-developed administrative and customer service skills 
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products and experience using CRM systems
  • Previous experience in finance or lending within a commercial or business environment would be an advantage
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, partners and stakeholders
