Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Sale, Victoria. This is a dynamic role that combines administrative duties with warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Office operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and supply ordering
Oversee receiving and dispatching of goods from the warehouse
Maintain accurate records and databases
Assist with payroll and financial reporting
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an office supervisor or administrative role
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel for spreadsheet management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and experience with warehouse operations is a plus
Enthusiastic, motivated, and excellent communication skills
Hours: Flexible to accommodate family/school schedules.
