Office Administrator
Cava Hydraulics & Engineering Mount Isa is expanding, and we are seeking a reliable, focused, and committed Office Administrator to join our team.
Monday – Friday Roster
Reporting to the Company Director, this role requires multitasking across a range of responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
- Ensure correct approvals, sorting and matching of invoices/goods receipts
- Process supplier invoices including data entry, approvals and payments
- General Administration and office support
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Other administrative duties as requested
Requirements of the Role:
- Experience with either Administration, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and or Purchasing will be highly regarded
- Intermediate MS Suite Skills (ie. Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable/receivable processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail
