About the role and responsibilities: We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will form an integral part of the wider Services team, reporting to the Head of Procurement and Facilities. Your role will involve providing support across the mailroom, kitchen, and front-of-house space. This is a full time permanent role, hours for the role are 9am - 6pm.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Manage mail deliveries and courier bookings. Manage, order, and maintain stationery and kitchen supplies. Assist with meeting room and event setups. Assist with cleaning the kitchen and workspaces. Perform various administrative ad hoc tasks. About you: Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
