What You Will Be Doing
This administration role provides support to the Clinical Director of Women’s Health and the Clinical Operations Assistant.
Part-time position (10hrs per fortnight)
Key Responsibilities
General administration support to the Clinical Director and Deputy Clinical Director
Administration support to the medical staff in the Department of Women’s Health
Provide administration for clinical activities of the unit as required
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
Experience working with healthcare teams
Demonstrated administration skills
Skills in common software systems including Word, Excel, Outlook
Organisation and time management skills
Clear and effective communicator
Able to manage tasks independently and take initiative
Ability to organise events/activities
Able to work in a positive and supportive team culture
