Part Time Accounts Payable / Administration Support

Temporary opportunity now exists to work for a leading organisation based in Mulgrave, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Accounts Payable / Administration Support Officer on a temporary, Part Time basis to commence by the 20th February 2023.

This role is offering 3 days per week - 22.8 hours per week (to work Wednesday, Thursday with the choice of your 3rd day). 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily processing of Accounts Payable invoices
• Statement reconciliations
• Processing of all sales orders invoices
• Attend to all queries
• Reception duties
• Administration Support
• Stationary orders and staff amenities
• Meet and Greet visitors and new staff

Your experience:

• Experience in a similar role with sound skills in Accounts Payable, including statement reconciliations and Administration
• Positive can-do attitude
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Accuracy and Attention to detail
• Experience using a range of systems including Microsoft Office

This is a temporary, Part Time opportunity for minimum 3 months - 3 days per week, approximately 22.8 hours per week. Located in Mulgrave, parking onsite and friendly team environment.
