FSC is an Australian Civil Construction business specialising in infrastructure works. We pride ourselves on providing impeccable service to our clients. Due to continuous growth, we are looking to expand our team.
We are currently looking to recruit a Project Administrator on a full-time basis to provide contracts and administrative support to our Project team. The role will be responsible for enabling other team members to work effectively in their areas of expertise by ensuring the timely and accurate completion of associated administration tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to
  programs, projects and services
• Responding to inquiries and resolving problems
  concerning programs, projects, services provided, and
  persons affected
• Managing paperwork associated with programs,
  projects and services provided.
• Working with Project Managers, Architects,
  Engineering Professionals, owners and others to ensure
  that goals are met
• Advising senior management on matters requiring
  attention and implementing their decisions
• Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on
  variations to work orders
• Collecting and analysing data associated with projects
  undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes.
• Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports
  concerning the organisation’s activities

Skills & Experience:

• Ability to operate with minimal direction, prioritise work requirements and effectively manage time.
• Clear verbal and written communication and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Prior experience in a construction project environment highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail
• You will have the ability to manipulate large amounts of data and create reporting for stakeholders
