Our Administration business continues to grow and we are now looking for a Project Administrator to join our vibrant office with hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience in an office based role where they have gained knowledge and experience of MS Office products, particularly Word and Excel.

The Role
As a Project Administrator with XPS you will…
- Assist the project team with planning, organising, and executing projects.
- Prepare and update project documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
- Manage project resources, budget, and schedule.
- Monitor and track project progress and performance.
- Resolve or escalate project issues and risks.
- Conduct research and analysis as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the project manager and the project team.
Your profile
- English and Maths grade C/4 or equivalent.
- Previous experience of working in an office preffered.
- Located within an easy commute of our Perth office.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
