Job Description Manage Purchasing Inbox, ensuring that queries and communications are actioned in a timely and professional manner. Assist with the resolution of Supplier generated queries which could include; pricing, shipping, part numbers, oversupply or general queries Assist with the resolution of internal generated queries which may include; requisition prioritisation, expediting, connotes, purchase orders, amendments and cancellations Assist the Accounts Payable team with Purchase
Orders amendments, receipting support and stop credits requiring purchase support. Data entry, document management and report and KPI writing The Successful Applicant Exposure to Supply Chain Management Previous experience in administration (Mining Administration Experience Desired) Experience with Coupa desired Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) Professional Presentation and Demeanour Strong problem solving skills Ability to adapt to new environments and be flexible
