- Oversee the quality staff on shift across snacks, juice and meals
- Set frameworks and administer the environmental and food microbiological testing program
- Develop and maintain quality frameworks to support HACCP compliance and food safety e.g. shop packed and process control framework
- Administer finished goods positive release processed
- Play a key role in NCR processes and RCA team meetings
- Management of corrective and preventative action
- Coaching and training in coordination with Production Trainer
- Monitoring CCP compliance and RCA investigation
- HACCP team member responsible for upkeep of records to support HACCP compliance
- Business technical support and advice regarding food safety and legislation.
- Collaborative review and approve changes to the Food Safety and Quality Management system in accordance with meeting legislative, Food safety and quality standard (BSI) and internal business requirements.
- Review and action trends in customer complaint data
- Oversee 2nd Party and 3rd Party Audits.
- Any other task as requested by the QA manager

- Minimum 5 years of Food Industry Experience in a Food Technical/QA Management role
- Experience with managing Food Safety Management Systems
