About the Role
This role involves performing Quality Assurance inspections through various stages of the production process, confirming products conform to a build list and Riviera and general part manufacturers standards. Any non-conformance will be recorded and communicated using established procedures. On occasions this position may be required to support quality related projects as directed by management.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Quality Assurance testing and inspection processes on vessel systems throughout the business to ensure products meet Riviera standards
- Audit and confirmation of build list specifications
- Audit of Riviera quality control processes and documentation
- Provide accurate reporting of non-conformance to Department Managers.
- Assist the Quality Management Team with improvement projects
Skills and Experience
- Trade qualification in electrical, engineering or boat building, preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a strong team
- Excellent time and organisational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Very high-level attention to detail
- Broad knowledge of Riviera products
- Demonstrated ability to work to strict deadlines and meet targets

- Comfortable working in a diverse and dynamic environment
- Willingness to work to flexible hours (including weekends), as required
