We are on the lookout for a Receptionist (experience preferred) who can provide dynamic support to our fun, friendly and professional team!
Use your amazing customer service skills to make a delightful impact on people who need neurological therapy services, whether in person, on the phone or over email!
We are offering a great position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys making clients happy and receiving a smooth onboarding experience.
We are offering part time (minimum 0.4 EFT) or full time positions based at Forest Hill clinic. Our work hours are generally 8.45am-5pm, however we can be flexible for the right candidate.
We are looking for:

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage and adapt to change effectively
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proactive problem solving
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other IT platforms like Google, Zoom and practice management software
Reporting to the Business and Quality Manager, the key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Front of house reception
- Meeting and greeting clients, carers, suppliers, etc.
- Booking and rescheduling client appointments
- Answering phone and responding to enquiries
- Creating best practice customer experience journeys
Clinic Efficiency
- Invoicing and processing payments
- Scanning
- Ordering supplies and equipment
- Proofreading
- General office and clinic upkeep
- Creating admin reports
- Following up on outstanding invoices
