About the role

We are seeking a professional receptionist to work in our Psychology at Fortitude Valley.

This role will suit someone looking for a busy fulltime position with a dynamic Psychology team.

This opportunity will see you responsible for providing support and assistance to patients and their families by managing enquiries, scheduling bookings and taking payment for appointments. You will also be responsible for the diary management of our team of Psychologists whilst keeping a tidy and presentable office environment.

About You

• Prior experience in a reception’s role
• Ideally experience working within the healthcare/medical industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Excellent customer service skills, in person and on the phone

Requirements
