Duties:
- Answering incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Processing orders
- Email management
- Sorting incoming/outgoing mail
- Daily invoicing
- Reception and customer service experience necessary
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Accounts receivables experience is highly regarded and experience using Xero and MYOB
- Ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure
- Team player and the ability to work independently
- Great working hours and work close to home!
