ABOUT THE ROLE.
As a Regional BU Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence within this dynamic Business Unit. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will lead strategic initiatives to ensure the continued success and expansion of our client's operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, focusing on design, production, installation, and service capacities.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team, fostering professional development and growth.
- Ensure seamless support for installations globally, aligning with the company's evolving needs.
- Manage financial resources effectively to drive sustainable growth and financial success.
- Facilitate smooth transitions during acquisitions, ensuring alignment with company strategy and values.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Strong Management Background (Engineering or Finance Related). MBA - an advantage.
- Proven track record of success in strategic leadership roles, preferably within manufacturing, healthcare or MedTech sectors.
- Strong financial acumen with a focus on driving growth and maximizing profitability.
- Experience as a Divisional GM, COO, Commercial Manager or Regional Business Unit Manager within a Global Group.
- Ability to lead and drive the organisation forward organically and through acquisitions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
