Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, managing customer accounts, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities in this role include
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing customer accounts
• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department
• Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
• First point of contact for customers and visitors.
• Answering phone calls, emails and webchats.
• Monitoring and maintain multiple inboxes and calendars.
• Keeping reception, meeting rooms and showrooms presentable at all times.
• Ordering and maintaining of office supplies.
• General administrative tasks and support for multiple departments.
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in sales administration or a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A person who remains calm & can handle multiple tasks coming at them.
