About the CompanycPersonnel is retained to one of our 3PL/Logistics clients in Brisbane to source their new Business Development Manager Contract Logistics. The company provides end-to-end supply chain solutions and services, so a background in Contract Logistics management in International Freight, Supply Chain is highly regarded. Their Brisbane office is a new 3PL multi-client facility located on the south side of Brisbane.
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced 3PL Business Development Contract Logistics Manager to build the business, have a network to sell to and manage the team. You should possess proven sales ability within 3PL. The successful candidate will have the ability to build and grow the business whilst maintaining and retaining existing clients and business.
Your ability to identify and be successful in new opportunities through your knowledge and networks across customer’s entire supply chain, starting with international freight forwarding, with scope into Contract Logistics and other supply chain solutions is highly regarded. Experience in a similar role within freight forwarding and logistics is also highly regarded as is the proven ability to secure new business. You must also have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Business Development within the Contract Logistics and warehousing space.
