Job description
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must have Excellent communication skills along with a great phone manner.
- Some early morning Starts (5AM)
- 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 6am till 9am (rotating)
- Identify and resolve client concerns and issues.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Data Entry
- Communicate with sales team for status of order and position of sales.
- Attend to call-in customer enquiries.
- Receive orders by phone, fax or email.
- Maintain good relations with customers.
- Solve problems by liaising with other staff and customers.
- Maintain and update customer information.
- Update daily sales orders, customers’ sales records and price change information.
- Invoice orders.
- Create purchase orders.
- Coordinate transport pickups and delivery of product.
- Prepare weekly sales analysis.
- See a task through from start to finish.
- General Office tasks as required.
- Establish and maintain current clients and potential clients relationships.
