Administration Assistant

Job description

Ability to work under pressure.
Must have Excellent communication skills along with a great phone manner.
Some early morning Starts (5AM)
1 in 3 Saturday mornings 6am till 9am (rotating)
Identify and resolve client concerns and issues.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Data Entry
Communicate with sales team for status of order and position of sales.
Attend to call-in customer enquiries.
Receive orders by phone, fax or email.
Maintain good relations with customers.
Solve problems by liaising with other staff and customers.
Maintain and update customer information.
Update daily sales orders, customers’ sales records and price change information.
Invoice orders.
Create purchase orders.
Coordinate transport pickups and delivery of product.
Prepare weekly sales analysis.
See a task through from start to finish.
General Office tasks as required.
Establish and maintain current clients and potential clients relationships.
