We are looking for a passionate and driven Adminstration Assistant to join our high performing team to provide end to end administrative support to the General Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the Acoufelt team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently co-ordinate calendar management according to the meeting schedule and effectively communicate between attendees
- Effectively facilitate meetings by managing all meeting agendas and templates, taking detailed minutes, and setting and following up action items
- Facilitate, update, and maintain all aspects of reporting schedule
- Manage company travel and accommodation arrangements
- Face to face meeting and catering and preparation assistance
- Support to the wider management team as required
- Keep Acoufelt office presentable, clean and tidy
- ADHOC tasks as required
The successful candidate will have:
