Leading international EPC searching for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead new sales and tenders for HV substation / renewable projects
FLEXIBLE LOCATION IN AUSTRALIA - East Coast preferredOn behalf of an internationally leading EPC we are currently seeking a highly qualified professional to fill the role that revolves around project and tender sales, with a specific focus on the interfaces and scope of work involved during the bidding/tendering phase.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing leads and should possess a deep understanding of the commercial terms and conditions prevalent in the Transmission/Renewable sector, particularly in the domain of the High Voltage Transmission area, especially within Substations and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate leads and foster client relationships during the pre and post-tendering phases
- Demonstrate expertise in the Australian Electricity Transmission & Distribution sector with 10-15 years of sales experience
- Exhibit knowledge of High Voltage Substations and Battery Energy Storage Systems
- Experience working with Australian utility customers such as Transgrid, Powerlink, Ausnet, or private renewable customers
- Lead negotiations during the bidding/tendering phase
- Assume complete responsibility for and lead coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful submission of bids
- Engage in customer relationship building and management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent field.
