We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to help us expand our reach, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. Retainer between $150,000 – $160,000 per annum + Super with the opportunity for future career growth! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the recycling sector.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and close deals to secure new business contracts and partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients and align with our company's mission and values.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 
• Proven track record of success in Business Development, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role ideally within the recycling or environmental services industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients and partners.
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation.
• A current General Induction for Construction Work Certificate (White Card)
