We are in a growth phase and looking for a Business Development Manager to join our small but supportive and collaborative team. Tasks & responsibilities

• Essentially focusing on acquiring new clients across Melbourne prominently, but not exclusively within the Real Estate industry.
• Actively generate leads to ensure all potential customers fit the customer profile
• Engage with potential customers to establish and maintain relationships that generate revenue and growth
• Generate leads for potential new trade contractors, screen and expand contractor network
• Onboard new contractors and maintain relationships with existing contractors
• Meeting targets and set KPI's
• Assist with customer service duties during peak times
• Attend weekly sales meetings and report to management
• Work closely with other business departments to ensure continued business success
• Ad-hoc duties to support our busy team with any other needs that assists in the fast turnaround of services for our clients.

Qualifications & experience

• Previous experience working in a sales retail or B2B
• Experience with lead generation and delivering sales (highly desirable)
• Exceptional with building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Experience in working towards targets and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and organisational skills
• Exceptional time management and flexibility
• Be self-motivated and drive for customer excellence
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
