Tasks & responsibilities
- Essentially focusing on acquiring new clients across Melbourne prominently, but not exclusively within the Real Estate industry.
- Actively generate leads to ensure all potential customers fit the customer profile
- Engage with potential customers to establish and maintain relationships that generate revenue and growth
- Generate leads for potential new trade contractors, screen and expand contractor network
- Onboard new contractors and maintain relationships with existing contractors
- Meeting targets and set KPI's
- Assist with customer service duties during peak times
- Attend weekly sales meetings and report to management
- Work closely with other business departments to ensure continued business success
- Ad-hoc duties to support our busy team with any other needs that assists in the fast turnaround of services for our clients.
Qualifications & experience
- Previous experience working in a sales retail or B2B
- Experience with lead generation and delivering sales (highly desirable)
- Exceptional with building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Experience in working towards targets and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and organisational skills
- Exceptional time management and flexibility
- Be self-motivated and drive for customer excellence
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
