Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in Audio-Visual solutions, specifically focused on Education A&D specification fitouts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at building relationships, and possess a deep understanding of the AV industry within the education sector.
Responsibilities:
Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the education A&D sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve revenue goals.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and decision-makers within educational institutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their AV requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Product Knowledge and Consultative Selling:
  • Stay updated on the latest audio-visual technologies and industry trends.
  • Engage in consultative selling, offering expert advice to clients on AV solutions that align with their educational goals.
Proposal Development:
  • Create compelling and customized proposals, addressing the unique needs and specifications of education A&D projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and feasible project proposals.
Sales Performance:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, managing the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, with a focus on AV solutions for education A&D specification fitouts.
  • Strong understanding of audio-visual technologies and their applications in educational settings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
