The Role
As Business Development Manager (BDM) you will be a key role in enhancing the Binah Remedial works brand, recognising and expanding the quality and quantity of project leads to drive growth. The BDM will collaborate with company executives, operations teams, and tendering teams to propose innovative business ideas that can enhance revenue margins. The BDM's responsibilities include gaining a deep understanding of the business and ensuring that new business ventures align with the company's overall business plan and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for understanding the business plan and developing a detailed understanding of the current business strategy and culture. The Business Development Manager is tasked with promoting and enhancing the Remedial business plan, as well as strategizing market connections.
The role requires a deep understanding of the business model and process, from tendering to project completion and occupation. As BDM you will work in conjunction with the wider team to implement an effective sales strategy to promote quality connections, secure valuable leads, and build relationships and pipelines.
Additionally, you will be responsible for expanding the client base through networking events, business prospect research, and lead generation for the tendering and operations teams, developing business proposals for new clients and presents and promotes the business at networking events.
About You
You will come from either a remedial, sub-contractor or facilities management/strata background with experience in Business Development and sales. You will be a proven self-starter with a proactive approach to your work and a strategic business mind.
