How will I help?
As a Business Development Manager, your focus will be to identify and on-board to Bank of Melbourne - helping them meet their lending and relationship creation. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new referrer partners, as well as build on your own business networks to identify customers.
You will be provided with outstanding support and inspiring leadership. You will feel nurtured at every step of the way with ongoing training and professional development in a great working environment where you'll be respected, valued and rewarded for your hard work.

What do I need?
First and foremost, you really care about customers. You will have a service ethos that puts the customer at the heart of everything you do, always acting in their best interests. To be successful in this role you ideally have experience and qualifications in lending and will have a strong track record of assisting customers with wealth creation. You will be a passionate and enthusiastic self-starter with a proven track record in building relationships with business referrers.
