A beautiful, established rustic setting in Macedon area, they operate a retreat that has captured the hearts of many as a wedding venue, a weekend getaway and a must see for lunch and a glass of wine from their own vines.

The role
Working with the enthusiastic owners and managers of this rustic country farm and vineyard, your areas of responsibility will include:

• Working with management to develop long-term strategic initiatives
• Supporting customer-facing operations, including sales and marketing
• Organising and coordinating operations to ensure productivity
• Maintaining relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
• Managing, leading, developing and mentoring the Office team

The person
It’s expected that you will live in the local surrounding area, have previous business management experience (Bach of Bus Admin, Operations Management or similar) with outstanding communication, organisation and interpersonal abilities.
