Qualifications & experience
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in relevant field
- Have an in-depth knowledge and experience on NDIS Compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission Framework and Practice standards.
- Experience in managing SIL, desirable if experience includes STA, MTA, and SDA.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding planning and organising skills demonstrating initiative when working without direct supervision.
- An understanding of an adherence to working within personal and professional boundaries in a multicultural environment.
- Commitment to the values, vision and mission of the organisation including leadership and implementation
Tasks & responsibilities
- Developing and implementing a strategic plan for business growth, including setting targets for revenue, customer acquisition, and market share
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion, as well as to keep up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the disability support industry, including government agencies, community groups, and healthcare providers
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities to increase revenue through new Business Development, including the development of new products or services, joint ventures, and partnerships.
- Developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to promote the disability support business, including the creation of marketing collateral, social media campaigns, and advertising.
- Leading and managing a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve Business Development targets.
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets, including the identification and pursuit of new sales opportunities, the development of sales plans, and the creation of sales presentations.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators for Business Development, including revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share.
- Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback to the sales and marketing team to ensure continuous improvement.
- Building and maintaining a strong brand reputation for the disability support business, including ensuring that all marketing and communication activities align with the business's values and mission.
