LJ Hooker Broadwater are looking for a talented receptionist to join our award winning team. The successful applicant will be based from our ultra modern purpose built office at 64 Frank Street in Labrador and enjoy a workplace environment that is founded on trust, teamwork and respect. The role is an integral part of our success, working within our administrative team coordinating all aspects of support to property managers, sales team and administration team.
Duties are vast and varied, making no two days the same. Tasks include:
- Answering phones
- Administration and customer service
- Front desk attendance
- New tenant sign ups and key handovers
- General property management day to day tasks
- General support for sales agents
- Management of our Database and CRM

This position requires you to be organised, with a self-driven personality and mature approach. Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded. What we need:
- You must have your Real Estate registration certificate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well presented and well spoken
