The Receptionist will work term weeks only and be the first point of contact for phone and face‐to‐face communication with parents, students and visitors to the School and therefore will conduct him/herself in a welcoming and approachable manner at all times.

The Position
As a successful candidate you will have
- An appetite for a key supportive role in a dynamic educational setting
- Clear and professional communication skills (both written and verbal) and an ability to build relationships with a range of people and groups within the school community, including but not limited to parent bodies and the extended community
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to think ahead and prioritise tasks

- Strong attention to detail and meticulous proof-reading skills
