Your key responsibilities and duties will include:
- Receive and handle customer inquiries, prepare and issue quotes, and provide general customer service.
- Process sales orders, including invoicing and issuing confirmations.
- Monitor customer orders to meet expected delivery schedules, liaising with the production team for order fulfilment.
- Handle customer queries, assist with calls and emails, and maintain updated customer and supplier details.
- Process purchase orders, set up new suppliers, and update existing supplier details.
- Support the overall operation of the sales team and office activities in compliance with company policies.
- Conduct general office duties, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Monitor consignments, track deliveries, and follow up with freight companies as needed.
